 Flowers - source of positive feelings
Flowers bring feelings that can improve our mood. Their design, their color pattern make us
feel happy and lift our imagination and spirit. The view of some beautiful flowers put a smile
on somebody's face having a hard day, or being sick.
A simple flower can trigger happiness, moving pain or anger away. It brings relief and
relaxation. It helps keeping you serene and calm. A flower may be the most efficient stress
killer.
And all has to do with our imagination and the way it can be stimulated by the beauty of
flowers. Just try put the image of a beautiful flower in your mind, imagine it, feel and smell
the aroma, enjoy its colours and geometry. Try this exercise when you're down, angry, stressed
and you'll be amazed the effect, amazed by how much your mood improves, and how much better
you'll feel.
Along the centuries, flowers carried a lot of symbolism, and positive meanings. From simply
being polite, to an almost obvious way of saying 'I Love You' flowers are associated with
positive feelings, even for tragic events or celebrations, they mean sorrow and respect. They
